Description of the Corolla vacation house rental
This fun retreat is both comfortable and beautifully appointed. Enjoy the private pool, hot tub and putting green. A unique property, lakefront and has ocean views. Walk to the beach or go for a morning run down the sandy path around the stocked lake. Relax on tiered decks, poolside or take out the kayak! Sea Chalet Extras: Cable TV in every bedroom (9 total), DSL Internet connection, computer, printer, wireless Internet, Game Cube, pool table, tennis rackets, hot tub for 6-8, video/DVD library. Less than one mile drive to many restaurants, shops, Currituck Club golf course, mini-golf, go cart racing, movie theater, and grocery (Harris Teeter and Food Lion) and specialty stores. The house is lakefront in Ocean Sands neighborhood. From the house there are views of the Atlantic ocean and the Currituck Sound. From the house, the walk to the beach is about 1500 feet. Also available is a public parking lot 1.5 miles north in Whalehead only one block from the beach.
Nearby attractions also include the Currituck lighthouse, the wild horses of Corolla, the 4x4 area (where only 4x4 vehicles can reach by driving on the beach), and the Wright Brothers memorial in Kitty Hawk.
