Helpful 24-hour front desk, laundry room, exercise room, and sauna are offered in this friendly gated complex. Movie theaters, restaurants, and shopping are all within walking distance. WOW!!!!! What a great place.

My family and I just returned home from the most wonderfull vacation we have ever had. The description of the condo was right on. It was perfect for what we needed for our time in SPI.
The condo had everthing that we could possible need. The veiw , the phrase "Oh my GOD" doesn't even come close.
The condo is getting a face lift in the near future. But, we hope that it keeps its special feel of just being home.
The employees at the Aquarius, are great . From the grounds keeper to the staff that runs the reception area. We could not have found it more relaxing and enjoyable.
They gave us suggestions on were to eat to even fish. Wow,
I think that if anyone needs a great place just to unwind and relax you need to call Mark and his wife and schedule your vacation there.
I hope that in the future we can and we will rent this Unit from Mark. I hope that when everyone sees how great it is we can still get our vacation there.

Had a GREAT Time!

This condo has everything you need for a great vacation + a killer view! We have stayed twice so far and we will be back. The unit was very clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The first time we stayed, there was a problem with a leaky pipe in one of the bathrooms, but it was repaired promptly. The owner is easy to reach and very attentive to his guest's needs.

The complex has been recently remodeled and the grounds are beautiful. The large pool and spa area were very clean and inviting. The onsite staff was very helpful and friendly and gave us useful information about what to see and do and the best places to eat on the island. We are already planning to return in the spring of 2010.

Million Dollar View

The View from this condo was breath taking, though the property had not been well maintained. It was in need of a "FACE LIFT" The bathroom, in the master bedroom was an add on, and it was very small, the shower was micro-small. The furniture was circa 1970-80's. The towels were thin, and the kitchens pots and pans were old and warped.
Though, the View from the balcone was a "Million Dollar View". I'm sorry, I would not recommend the property.
