SPECIAL WINTER/SUMMER RATES If you book this condo by Dec, 31st 2009 for any nights between Nov 1st, 2009 and December 31st. 2010, and pay in full with a check, visa or mastercard, we will deduct a full 10% of your total stay. Beautiful Main Channel View of Lake of the Ozarks. This is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Bathroom, condominium that sleeps from 6 to 8 people comfortably. Each room includes a queen size bed and flat screen LCD TV including cable television. DVD players are provided in the Master Bedroom and one other bedroom. Wireless Internet access available throughout. This condominium is very well furnished, nicely accented, and includes a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The condominium complex, Palisades Condominiums, has a clubhouse and 3 outdoor pools. Within minutes by driving, are shopping, including an outlet mall, dining, and many activities to suit anyone. The use of a 30 foot covered boat slip is included.

Great place!

We stayed here in July with two other couples and had a great time. The condo was very clean and nice. We loved the patio, right off the lake. The only down side is that there was a bit of a walk to the pools. It was a short drive from everything we needed!

We stayed here last summer, and had a fantastic time. The condo was extremely clean and well-furnished. The pictures didn't even begin to do it justice.

The view off the balcony is amazing, especially in the early mornings when the sun is coming up. You've got your choice of three pools and the dam is close by for shopping.


Our only complaint wasn't with the condo itself, but the pools. They had such a strong chlorine smell that a few of us started feeling sick after being in them for a while. Was only there three days, not sure if that's a recurring problem or not.

Family Get Away at the Lake

We had a really great time, the condo is beautiful. I would not recommend this condo to older people that have trouble with stairs though since it is down two levels and you have to carry every thing down and then back up. The view was great & it was really nice sitting on the deck in the early morning watching the lake & the resident ground hog. It was close enough to a marina that we were able to go and rent a boat and have a nice time on the water. It was great having all the bedrooms and no one had to sleep on the couch! I would recommend bringing your own toilet paper though - we ran out!

Beautiful condo vacation

We had the time of our lives. nice and quiet, roomy. every detail was thought of as far as amenities and household items. the sorounding condos were quiet. people minded their own business. They just waved and said hi and moved on. the shopping was great. we would do it again. the weather was kind of cold, but we got a few good warm days in.it was great.

We stayed at this condo in August and had a wonderful time. The view is great and the condo is very nicely furnished. Lots of steps to the boat docks but for us it was not a problem and it was good exercise. We will definitely stay here again. Ruth and Ray are very easy to deal with. Thanks!
