It features a vaulted ceiling in the newly decorated front room. A new dining table awaits you in newly extended lanai. Ceiling fans are placed in all the rooms for your comfort. The upstairs bath and shower area were renovated in the summers of 2005 and 2006. The unit was completely recarpeted in July 2006. The refrigerator, stove, and full size washer/ dryer were purchased in 2005. The microwave was replaced in 2009 and the stove was purchased in 2004. Granite counters were added in 2008.
