This cozy one-bedroom condo is remodeled in a tasty beach style. It is second row with the beach only steps away which gives you easy access without the ocean front price tag. The view is of the pretty court yard and pool and the bedroom overlooks the wetlands. Located at the north end, you're right next to the pier and Freeman Park with its endless beach. You can enjoy all the comforts of home including a/c and heat, cable TV, DVD and VCR, washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen.

Other than the given sand and surf, you can check out the new seaside amusement park, rent a family bike, go paddle boating on the lake, or play a round of putt-putt. It's an excellent place for fishing or you can head over to the marina just to watch the fishermen unload the day's catch. End the day at your choice of several good restaurants or maybe splurge on a dinner cruise. Relaxing Vacation

We took our 16 year old on a surfing beach trip. He had fun, but I think we had way more fun. Great stroll on the beach to the pier and pick up shells. This part of Carolina Beach is the cleanest!
Such a great owner!! Great directions and we didn't mind taking care of the place - very well kept. We used the shower at the pool to rinse off our sandy feet before going to the condo. That way it was kept cleaner!
Carolina Beach has that sulfur scented water - but don't worry - only washing dishes - and there's a dishwasher that handles those woes!!
Have Fun!! We can't wait to go back!

Our stay at the condo was great! I took my boyfriend down for his 50th birthday weekend along with our small dog and we had a wonderful time. It was early May, so it wasn't too hot and it was peaceful and relaxing. The condo is neatly decorated and very clean. There could've been better cookware provided and the air did not work during the weekend, but all in all it was nice. With the screen door open and the window to the bedroom, it stayed cool and comfortable all weekend. And we felt secure. The outside door steps into the small deck and that door can remain locked at all times. I would definitely recommend this for a nice, relaxing getaway for 2 and hope to take advantage of the stay again after the peak summer days. Also, the renter was great to work with and very communicative.

This condo was just what I needed for a nice week getaway. It was clean and beautiful. The location was super and the pool was great. Being a traveler I did notice that this building is pretty much sound proof. So if you are looking for a place to relax this is a great choice for some peace and quiet! The kitchen also had everything I needed. Carolina has beautiful beaches and this condo is a very short walk to get there.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week in June.

This was a very nice one bedroom condo, stocked with everything you might need (detergent, toilet paper, cable...) Balcony has a view of the pool and it is always in the shade. Seas were a little choppy, but the beach was very nice and not crowded (at the end of June).

One note, the water has sulfur in it and those with a sensitive nose might want to think twice about taking a shower here : ). For us this was just a minor issue.

The owner was very helpful providing all the information we needed.
