This unique two story home is located on a large 9,000 square foot beach front lot featuring many extras such as direct beach access from your back door, beach front back yard with patio, an enclosed hot & cold outside shower, a private two-car garage with additional parking on a private driveway, and Berber carpet. This home has a formal living room, formal dining room, fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, large sun porch and a laundry room. Convenient to the fun-filled Ocean City boardwalk, casinos. Two-week minimum rental during July and August. Sorry but we do not accept any group, college, or senior week rentals. The bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed, a color television and is conveniently located across the hall from a full bathroom. All areas and bedrooms are non-smoking and feature full closets, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, bedspreads and pillows [sheets and towels NOT included, tenant supplies sheets and towels.]

Great Family House!

As a child, and then as an adult with children, I have visited Ocean City for
summer family vacations. We hadnt been for about 10 years. I was so delighted
to find this wonderful, single family home available for a week in September.
What a great time to travel to the beach. Such a joy it was to visit with my
parents (in their 80s) and siblings, grand-children. It felt like home, was
very close to the beach, comfortable and lacked for nothing. The owners were so
accommodating and eager to help in making our stay enjoyable. The pictures on
line do the property justice and are only missing the great sounds and smells of
the ocean.
Thanks so much for a memorable time.

What a great house!!!!

This past May (2009) was the second year we rented this house and we were just delighted both times. Great location - fantastic views from the master bedroom, very nicely furnished and decorated - just a joy to stay at this house. Bob and his brother John are wonderful to work with and I think them both for such a good experience renting this house!

First visit to Ocean City

We have rented houses in other states but this was our first house rental in NJ. We were extremely satisfied with the area and the house. It had character and was very convenient to us and our vacation plans.
The house was very clean and nicely laid out. It had all the amenities we needed. The convenience to the beach, while not a priority in October, would be real deal closer in the summer months.
We were met check in day by the co-owner and given an extensive tour answering any questions we might have had. I found him very friendly.
I would definitely recommend this vacation house to anyone interested in a relaxed shore vacation.

I call this my Ocean City home - if only for a week every year. This house has been perfect for our family and friends for a few years now. The amenities are perfect and other than a tempermental microwave - there is not a negative to this rental. The owners are terrific to work with and I look forward to many more years of rentals. The view from the upstairs deck is wonderful and there is plenty of your own sand on the property to enjoy. Being on the beach is just great! There is plenty of storage in the house and the garage has an extra refrigerator that makes a family party so easy. Definitely recommend - but not on my week....Linda
