Breathtaking balcony views of both the gulf (all the way to Sanibel) and the bay at this gulf-front one-bedroom condo. Mesmerizing sunsets and nightlights as well. 10 acre condo site offers privacy and beauty, with large fountain and pond. No other Ft Myers Beach gulf-front offers anywhere close to 10 acres of grass and palm trees for plenty of choices and space for sitting in the sun; or, walk the Crescent Beach and enjoy the gulf waters to watch the dolphins play and birds dive for fish. Amazing variety of peaceful and colorful birds on the grounds, at the lagoon, and on the beach. Rent a bike and bike around Bay Beach Lane or the entire island. Go golfing across the street. At the pond, feed the turtles and fish or visit the "resident" heron.
Tiled floors, renovated kitchen, large bathroom, bonus storage closet, king-sized bed, and new AC make life easier. With the breezes from the balcony, you probably won't even need the air conditioner though. Tennis courts, shuffleboard, pool, lawn chaises, outdoor grills, and wireless internet connections are available at no extra charge. Laundry facilities downstairs or across the street. Shopping, restaurants, convenience store, gas station, movie rentals, bookstore, CVS, boat tours, and fun night life are within a block. Health clinic within walking distance (around 2 blocks or less). Trolley runs every 15 min to downtown FMB, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, or anywhere in-between, including the library.
Always something fun to do. Always relaxing if you just want to sit in the sun. This condominium site is a favorite of many repeat renters.
Potential renters should also know that, over the 20+ years that we have vacationed to FMB, we've worked with other landlords. Kathy truly is the best. Since discovering her, we have returned to her condo every year for the past several years because of the "budget-minded" rental fee, amenities, views, and the fact that Kathy is a dream to work with. She is honest and will let you know the actual cost - not the cost then hidden fees.
Whether we've stayed a week or a month, it was living a daydream on a budget. Enjoy :)
