Great gathering place for a memorable event

8 of us who have been friends since we were young girls and who have kept up a friendship for more than 50 years had a wonderful reunion time at this house. It's spacious, clean and well kept. The large deck off the kitchen is so inviting to spend time in the sunshine sipping wine and enjoying snacks. The beds are very comfortable and the place is quiet. Ralph is a great landlord to deal with. A hidden gem of a home at any time of year.

This was the perfect house to enjoy a weekend in the hamptons with friends...the house was in great condition...the bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and everything was very clean!! The best part was the backyard that was amazing and comfortable...the entire day it was sunny with some shady parts too...we had an excellent time and I certainly recommend it!! Ralph, the owner, was fabulous to work with too!!!

Amazing house, amazing stay

My boyfriend and I went with a bunch of our friends for new year's weekend. The house is huge and has everything to suit everyone; very clean and cozy. There is a huge deck, fireplace and many bedrooms. The owner is also very friendly, courteous, accommodating and we would suggest this for anyone who wants to get away with their friends or loved ones. We are planning to soon return.

The whole experience renting this property for a weekend trip was a pleasure. Ralph is a courteous, professional, and accommodating.

The house itself is in excellent condition. It contains all the amenities of a vacation rental including a roomy interior, plenty of bedrooms, a well-maintained and tree-lined property, as well as a pool and hot tub.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a house with plenty of room and a great overall rental experience. A++
