Very comfortable bay front home with large deck overlooking the water. Water access is easy either from the dock or the boat ramp. This unit has 5 bedrooms and a den, 3 full baths, central air conditioning and a pool. The kitchen is a cook's dream with quartz countertops, plenty of cooking supplies and three eating areas...dining room, kitchen table and counter bar. There is room for everyone. Also featured are three TVs, 2 VCR and DVD players, 2 stereo systems and a Foosball table. The house is a very short walk to the beach and the owner provides 4 beach chairs and Internet access.

Sandbridge Beach is just south of Virginia Beach, Virginia. It is also known as the Outer Banks of Virginia. Located on a narrow peninsula, this property is bayfront and only a short block to the beach. At the southern tip of Sandbridge is a pristine nature preserve. A tram tour of the preserve is available. Sandbridge is a quiet place for a vacation but within 15 minutes of the main ocean front of Virginia Beach and all the boardwalk summer activities and a world class Marine Science facility.

Notes: This is a very family friendly house. The first floor bedroom opens out to the pool and has a brand new bathroom that makes changing after swimming easy for the children. It is also convenient for an elderly person. Once they are up one flight of stairs, they are all on one level for a bedroom and bath and deck overlooking the bay and pool. The bay is perfect for boating or fishing and the beach is just down the street. The kitchen is ready for anything with a large quartz counter that is perfect for preparing meals or setting out a buffet dinner. Included in the kitchen is a hand mixer, a blender, 2 coffee makers, a sandwich press and a pasta maker.

Sandbridge is very close to at least three champion golf courses. The pool is great, the bay is good for both boating and fishing and the ocean is just down the street. There is a boat ramp in the yard so you can bring your boat. The yard is fenced.

We had a great time. The house fit 6 adults 3 children and a todler with out a problem. Short walk to the beach, nice pool and the canal was good for fishing with the kids. Close to First Landing State park which is very nice.
Owner's Response: I am so pleased that these tenants enjoyed their vacation at my home. It is fully equipped for 12 people with a minimum of stairs. The two decks, one of which is covered and has a large dining table for meals in the shade, are a real bonus. I find the location so very convenient, just like the tenants said!

We were very happy with the house. Very big and spacious. Kitchen has everything you need. The best part was the pool. My entire family enjoyed and we will most likely rent this house again next year.
