Located in the beautiful Arrowleaf Lodge at Empire Pass in Magical Upper Deer Valley. Developed by East West Partners who have built luxurious ski condos in Vail, Colorado, this condo is truly ski-in/ski-out. It has the look and feels like home. Furnished with top heirloom quality hand knotted Persian carpets, luxury linens and mattresses. Walk out the back door of the condo to Silver Buck ski run; put on your skis and ski down to the Silver Strike Ski Lift. It is a quad high speed chair lift, which will bring you up to the top of Flagstaff mountain, with direct access to all Deer Valley trails. Snowboarding is not available in Deer Valley, but is available in nearby Park City Ski Resort.
Summers are wonderful in Deer Valley, with hiking and biking trails throughout the mountain, swimming, water skiing, tennis, golf, and many other activities within easy walking or driving distance.
In the evenings, relive your past by dancing to a nostalgic Seeburg Bubbler CD Jukebox playing Billboard Top Hits from the fifties through the nineties!
This first floor unit looks out over the ski run. The unit is light, airy, with views of the mountains, Arrowleaf Lodge A, and of course, the Silver Buck ski run. There is a back patio with your own private stairs down to the ski run.
The condo has a spectacular open great room. The kitchen has granite counter tops with 4 bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers top of the line appliances including a Wolf range, Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, and Viking wine cooler.
The wood dining table can comfortably seat 8. The living room has a comfortable leather couch, two French arm chairs, and fully stocked 60 CD Bubbler Jukebox.
The living room has a 42 inch LCD HD Flat screen TV with DVD player with full Cable TV and HBO included. There are two more TVs in the bedrooms. There is wireless internet access. The living room is stocked with books and games. The powder room is off the front hall. One closet holds the stacked Maytag washer/dryer. All three bedrooms are carpeted, and have their own full adjoining bath.
The adjoining master bath has granite counter tops, two sinks, a jetted tub, a large glass enclosed shower and separate toilet room. The floor in the master bathroom has radiant heat to keep your feet warm!
The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, night stands and a large comfy French wing chair. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds, dressers and night stands. Tasteful art work and decor adorn the entire condominium.
There are two portable humidifiers available for your comfort. All rooms have 2-inch wood blinds which can be adjusted to your taste.
The building has underground heated parking. The ski locker room is on the ground floor which includes your own ski locker with boot warmers. On this same floor in adjoining Arrowleaf Lodge A is Arrowleaf Lodges Hearth Room. It includes a comfortable lobby with 2 computers, a professional grade coffee/espresso/hot cocoa machine and library seating area. There is also a 50 year old antique slate pool table, darts, and large stone fireplace with lots of comfy seating.
There are two outdoor Jacuzzis for your enjoyment. Our condo is across the ski run from the world renowned Talisker Club. New for this season: Guest Memberships are available for the days of rental except for peak season. Membership fee includes: fitness center, apres ski (drinks/snacks extra), breakfast, lunch (extra cost). The apres ski experience at Talisker rivals the finest European ski resorts. Take advantage of the convenient free Dial-A-Ride chauffeur service for access to Park City Main Street. They will pick you up at the front door and drop you off in town and return you home when you are ready!

I live in California and for the past 20 years have owned my own business specializing in off balance sheet finance of major studio films and television. Among the films I have arranged finance are the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy and "The Matrix".

I chose to buy this unit because I intend to retire there. The location is perfect; the views are unbelievable and I love to ski.
What makes this condo unique
I love the community in which I live when I am here; I am across from the beautiful Talisker Club which I use daily for fitness, apres ski, and community with fellow owners and guests. The ambience, the feel of Deer Valley, the sunrises and sunsets are unique to anything I have ever experienced.
