Endless amenities. Steps from your back door you will enjoy the clubhouse w/ fitness center, game room, indoor pool & outdoor pools. This home has one of the best locations in the community. Go crabbing off the community pier or fishing in the bay fed pond. There is also tennis and a playground. In the home there is a 20 in. TV, DVD+cable in each bedroom. The family room boasts a 48 in. plasma TV w/ cable + DVD. Kids will love the game room with ping pong, Foosball & PlayStation 2. Why stay miles away up on 100+ Street spending your vacation sitting in bumper to bumper traffic on the Coastal Hwy to get to the inlet and boardwalk when you can stay 4 miles from the inlet and boardwalk in west Ocean City? In West OC you are 5 min. from Eagles Landing Golf, Frontiertown amusements & water park, OC Outlets, Movies, Go-Karts. If you choose the beach in OC there is a free shuttle to take you to the inlet (sat + sun). We only rent to adults 25 and older. No Senior Week grads please.

Directions: Rt 50 East, R on Rt 611 (Stephen Decatur Rd) Go approx 2 miles, L on Snug Harbor Rd. If you Mapquest the adress is 12171 Snug Harbor Rd Berlin, MD 21811. If you are familiar with the area Rt 611 is the road that leads to Assateague Island and is directly across from the Ocean City Outlets and Go Kart raceway (2 traffic lights before you go over the bridge into OC.) Snug Harbor Rd is just past Eagles Landing Golf and Just before Frontier Town.

  • PERFECT FOR FALL AND WINTER RENTALS. INDOOR POOL AND FITNESS CENTER MAKE IT A PERFECT GET AWAY.
  • There is a non-refundable $45.00 charge for Peace of Mind Insurance.  This covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage coverage to the property.  Tenants are personally responsible for any damages in excess of $3,000. With this policy no security deposit is required.
  • A deposit of 1/3 the total rental amount is required at time of booking. A non-refundable $60.00 administration fee and $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged for each rental period. Tax is charged at a rate of 10.5% of the rental fee.

Notes: Perfect for multiple families. Close to beach and boardwalk but safely removed from the crowds, traffic and noise. A few miles to Assateague Island which is famous for its wild ponies that roam the island. The public boat ramp is approx 2 miles away. If you choose the Beach at the inlet or the boardwalk there is a free community shuttle on weekends during peak season. There is also a shuttle for $1.00 w/free parking on Rt 50 approx. 2 miles away. This park and ride runs year round. Or you can choose to drive to the inlet and park in the parking lot for a fee. West Ocean City Offers: Movies, Shopping at the OC Outlets, Go Kart racing, 18 hole golf, Frontier Town amusement and waterpark. For dining there is Outback, Applebees, Ruth's Chris & loads of other sit down and fast food rest.

This property is the perfect place for a FALL or WINTER getaway.  Even if it is to chilly for the beach there are still plenty of things to do.  Golf, fishing or crabbing, kayaking, biking or tennis.   Then come back and enjoy the fitness center or the indoor pool.  There is also a billiards room at the clubhouse as well as a game room on the 3rd floor of the property with ping pong table, foosball table and PlayStation 2.

This property has one of the best locations in the community.  It is a large community which means some of the other rentals within it may have a long walk to access the pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, fishing/crabbing pier.Our property backs up to these amenities so it is just a short walk through the back lot and across the street.Approx. 200 feet.

The house was more beautiful in real life, everything we wanted and more. We were all so happy there, it was a perfect location, close to everything. There were 14 of us and we weren't on top of one another and we all had plenty of space. I would love, love to rent this house again next year. We all wanted to live there and never leave. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience. Cherie

the house was great and everything it saids in the description is correct. we had six adults and two teens. the house was very clean and the owners were available if there was any problems.
lots of mosquitos kept us from sitting outside. had to drive everywhere, that costed $$$ for gas, parking.the bay view is from the second floor bedroom window.
we loved this house and would come back again. lots of room and quiet, but neighbors were friendly. we have been coming to oc,md. for over 30 years and do the shore things,jet skiing,parasailing, rented a boat, and ate at hooper's and captain galary.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
