This spectacular new townhome is 1 block away from the world-famous Ocean City boardwalk where you can enjoy rides, great food, movies, and beautiful beaches. It is an awesome experience for children and teens of all ages, as well as adults. The home has great views from all three floors and beautiful furnishings. You have a 1 car garage with a full bathroom and shower on the 1st floor, kitchen, dining, and living room on the second floor, 3 bedrooms and full bath on third floor, and master suite on fourth floor. While Ocean city is one of the safest cities in New Jersey, it is only 15 minutes away from Atlantic City, where you have world famous dining, outlet shopping, casinos, IMAX theaters, and more. One side is completely rented, now renting the second identical side. Note: TWO properties are actually available and identical: 809 Third and 811 Third. call for details.

After much searching for our vacation spot at one of the Jersey beaches, my wife and I settled on this one in Ocean City. The location is well-suited for families with kids of virtually all ages. We have two children - our daughter is 3 yrs. old and our baby boy is 3 months old. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the area was quiet and peaceful.

With the amusement park area right around the corner and tons of options for restaurants (middle of the road and fancy), you really can't go wrong with this spot. We'll definitely return next year around this time of the year for another beach trip to Jersey!

Had a really good ocean city vacation

Since property was located on 3rd St., the proximity to the beach and boardwalk was excellent. (We feel that advertising that it was one block to the beach/boardwalk, however, could lead one to believe that it is closer to the beach/boardwalk than it is. We did cross at least one cross street to get to the beach/boardwalk; it was at least a couple of blocks to the beach/boardwalk - certainly the homes that we passed on the way to the beach/boardwalk that actually were a block away wouldn't be considered on the beach/boardwalk, so we didn't feel our rental could be considered only a block away, unless maybe the block in question was from 3rd to 4th.) The property was as well-appointed and clean as it appeared in the ad, and everything was in working order. Could use a towel rack in the master. Owner always responded to inquiries in an extremely timely fashion.
