For your Florida Vacation you will love our spacious condo on the uncrowded New Smyrna Beach. Our beachfront condo has three large bedrooms, three full baths, plus a queen sleeper in the living room and a pack N play for the little ones. There are direct east and north unobstructed views of the ocean and beach. We have the perfect combination of a quiet family beach and only 90 minutes to the Attractions in Orlando. We do have a minimum stay of one week.
Our condo is located beach/ocean front on the quiet, Non-Driving part of New Smyrna Beach. It is a Non-Smoking, No Pets condo with three bedrooms, three baths, completely furnished. Located on the seventh floor, northeast corner. There are unobstructed direct ocean and beach views to the east and north and a direct view of the pool and tennis courts to the north. The balcony is covered, tiled, and is open to both the east and north. The views from our ocean front seventh floor condo are wonderful.
Total living area is a spacious 1706 square feet. This special Condo with east and north exposures offers unobstructed views of the ocean from the living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and tiled balcony. Natural light brightens all rooms with plenty of windows and sliding glass doors.
Our condo is great for enjoying views of the ocean, surf and beach while seated in the living room, fixing a vacation meal in the kitchen, eating in the dining area, or relaxing in the master bedroom. Just image relaxing or breakfasting on the balcony while watching the sunrise. Only a grass lawn between the condo and the beach! Many of our guests comment on the dolphins they see swimming just off shore.
Access is convenient by 2 elevators, there are also stairs. Comfortably furnished and accessorized, this unit has Broadband Internet access, Wi-Fi, appliances (large and small), linens and towels, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes and glassware, window treatments, furniture, icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, full size washer and dryer, along with a ceiling fan and 42' HD TV with VCR/DVD in living room and TV's/DVDs in the bebrooms. The master bedroom and second bedroom have King size beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Our condo can comfortably sleep eight. Guests also have access to a collection of books, DVDs, beach toys, and beach chairs. A state-of-the-art entry gate system has recently been installed making this one of only a few facilities on New Smyrna Beach with restricted gated access. Enjoy the many activities that come with being on 14 miles of the finest sandy beach.
We keep a Beach toy closet in the condo with toys and beach chairs. We also have a restaurant menu folder that contains information on area restaurant and local atractions.
