If you are in town on business or on vacation, this place has everything you need. Complete with functional office with fax, notebook PC (on request), printer, free wireless Internet and free long distant calling (all of US, Mexico, and Canada). Enjoy your FREE TIME with the large wrap-around balcony overlooking the coast and Boat Marina, ocean views from every room. This place has the best location in town, next to the Marina, Long Beach Performing Arts center, Long Beach Convention Center, Rainbow Harbor and only two blocks away from Pine street, where all the trendy clubs and restaurants & shopping are located.

Long Beach Convention Center, Long Beach Performing Arts Center, is just next door. Everything you want to see in Long Beach is all nearby. Don't have a car? Jump on the FREE Passport Bus, just outside the building on Ocean Blvd, take it to all of the Long beach area's attractions. For parking we had a private enclosed 1 car garage.

  • Winter rates Nov - April From $179.00 nightly or $1095.00 weekly
    based on 2 adults, $ 15.00 extra per person, per night or $ 3,995.00
    monthly.

    Summer rates May - Oct From $189.00 nightly or $1195.00 weekly based
    on 2 adults,$ 15.00 extra per person, per night or $ 4,195.00
    monthly.

    April 13, 14 and 15 (Grand Prix rates) $350/night April 13, 14 and 15
    will be offered at $350/night on a first come, first served basis.

    July 4th rate is $300.00.

    We ask for a fully refundable security deposit of $500.00 and a
    $60.00 cleaning fee. Min 3 nights per booking.

    If rented for over 2 weeks or more, includes weekly maid service.

    We accept all major credit cards.
