My husband, 2 children, best friend and I stayed at your home on October 11th-18th. The decor was absolutly beautiful!! The kitchen was really nice and had plenty of utensils to cook with. I would however recommend bringing a skillet if you plan on cooking, kinda hard to cook with a wok. My children enjoyed sleeping on your bunk beds they said the mattresses were very comfortable. As for our bed if you have a bad back not a good idea to sleep in the bed, very low to the ground and very firm. But, the bedroom was beautifully decorated! The living room was great, my husband and children enjoyed playing their PS2 on your flat screen tv, and watching movies at night, it was great that their was a dvd player in the living room. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The balcony was one of my favorite places to hang out at in the mornings and at night. I am extremly scared of heights, so I was skeptical of renting something on the 19th floor, but once I got used to it, it was great. Which by the way doesn't take long to get used to when you have a beautiful view like that! In the mornings we saw dolphins and sharks swimming, and at night beautiful sunsets. And, with it being a wide balcony I felt like I had my privacy, no one could see me!!
Starbucks and the Skywalk were open for business and it was awesome that we could just walk down and get something to drink. The valet service was also great. Nice that we could just pull up and not worry about finding a place to park. Everyone working at the resort were extremly friendly and really made our vacation wonderful. I had read other reviews where they were complaining about the elevator system, but once you get the hang of it, the elevators aren't that bad.
Your beach service was great, Christine would set our chairs and umbrella's up every morning, so all we had to do was walk down to the beach. Having the beach service was a great touch to all the other amenities that you offer!!
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great and relaxing vacation!!! Thank you for a great time
