Our bungalow is located on a small friendly complex of 10 bungalows, it is situated at the end of terrace, very private. It is very spacious and has its own private sun terrace. In a prime location close to the beach and all the amenities of the area. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with luxury king size bed and 1 with twin beds, both have double fitted wardrobes, safe, TV with DVD, CD. Recently redecorated, fully fitted kitchen, dining area, luxury lounge and new bathroom with walk in shower. The complex has 2 swimming pools and sun terraces. The beach and commercial centre with its bars restaurants and shops is only a 3 min walk away. The complex is quiet and relaxing and an ideal place for a stress free holiday.

For the walking enthusiasts there's a beautiful tree lined promenade along the beachfront that takes you into Puerto Del Carmen and Arrecife the Capital.

Lovely Bungalow in Lovely Location

Jen & I spent a week in Sunseeker 10 in September 2009. The weather was fantastic and the bungalow was just what we expected from the previous reviews and our contact with Peter, the owner, who was very helpful before we left from home.The position was great and the pool was very welcome in the September heat, especially after the return walk to Puerto del Carmen-flat for the most part! The bungalow is well-situated for all you need on holiday and we enjoyed our meals out, especially at the Odin Restaurant. We have stayed in Puerto del Carmen but prefer Matagorda. We enjoyed plane-spotting and didn't find them intrusive.

splendid holiday

Stayed 8 weeks Jan 18 through March 15 2009. Weather cold till late Feb (Worst winter for 45 years so we are led to understand). Hiring a heater solved that problem. Other owners and guests all very helpful, and wonderful company. The bungalow and location were perfect for our requirements, plenty of entertainment and shopping close at hand 5 minute walk to the beach. We realy enjoyed the walks along the flat beautiful seafront.Loved the experience
and hope to return in the future. Many thanks to the owner Peter for all his assistance when contacted. Would'nt hesitate to recommend this bungalow to any one.

This is a lovely villa in a very small, clean and friendly complex handy for both beach and shops/restaurants. We had 2 teenage boys with us and they had a fantastic time enjoying their independance. Its a very family orientated area of Puerto Del Carmen so we felt it safe for them to go off and explore on their own.
The villa itself is clean and functional with everything you need for self-catering and its lovely to have the terrace at the side to lie out in the sun. The pool area is safe and was very much enjoyed by the kids.
The communications with the owner were excellent, lots of information and very quick responses.
I would definitely use this villa again and would certainly recommend it.

A perfect location for relaxation

This property is in an ideal location, Matagorda is a favourite with us. There is all you need here for a holiday in the sun in peaceful surroundings, but also close enough to all amenities. Communications with the owner, Peter, are also very good. Maybe we should keep this bungalow a secret!!!

A Lovely Holiday.

We have previously stayed in the small coplex on numerous occasions, but last time decided we would really like to stay at this particular bungalow.
The location is great and benefits from a sun terrace to the left of the property which is a real bonus.
The actual bungalow is well maintained, clean and tidy.
We loved it here so much that we have booked to stay here again this year, and will probably do so in the future.
Highly recommended.
