5BR 4BA, SPECTACULAR. ONE WEEK IN JULY LEFT, AND TWO IN AUGUST!!!!

If we ever host a family reunion again, we will not hesitate to rent this home. Decorated in a classic fashion. Clean and modern. Plenty of space and with the "living area" on the 2nd floor, kids could go to bed early without the adults concerned about waking them. Plenty of floor space in master suite for inflatable mattresses. Highboy table off kitchen seats 8 plus 4 seats at the kitchen counter and 4 at a smaller table nearby. Plenty of cups, plates, mugs, pots, utensils, etc. Two coffee makers. Elevator was very handy for bringing in all of the food and luggage. Has a mini-fridge at the wet bar which worked well for sodas and juice. Blender included. Only bathtub is a deep one with jets in the master suite. Never ran out of hot water with 8 adults. Washer and dryer are new and work well. Street parking allowed and there is a school nearby for "overflow". Grocery and Convenience stores not far. Beach was a 5 minute walk with toddlers. The beach is shallow so not a far walk on the sand. Lifeguards on duty and "Beach Badge Patrol" was always around so make sure you bring the badges. You must cross a main road but it was never an issue and cars stopped to let us cross. A+ for the owner - very responsive. Cleaning crew showed up as we were pulling out at the check out time so make sure you are prepared to depart as scheduled.
