With spectacular views of Pleasant Bay, this is one-floor living at its best. Enjoy a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, high speed Internet access, cathedral ceilings throughout, new washer and dryer and an outdoor shower. Take an easy 200 yard walk down the hill to its private neighborhood sandy beach or relax on a brick patio. It's only a short drive or bike ride into downtown Chatham.
