A large fireplace living room, large kitchen and dining area with all appliances and expansive outdoor deck is perfect for family relaxation and privacy. New improvements made this year include DSL Internet hookup, new heating system, central A/C, updated bathrooms, new kitchen cabinets, sprinkler system, new windows and new landscaping. The house offers cable TV with DVD player, laundry room, an outside shower and off street parking for 5 autos. Red River Beach is a beautiful full service beach with bathrooms and offers the most magnificent sunsets on Nantucket Sound. Discounts are available for early bookings prior to December 30, 2009 and longer terms.
