Located in a secluded mountain hollow; this log cabin offers peace and quiet, but is only a 5 minute drive from downtown Franklin. Perfect for a romantic get-away or fun family vacation. After a day of exploring, come home to a fully furnished log cabin where you can relax in solitude on our 300 sq. ft. porch. Everything is included from towels and linens to pots and pans. There is a gas grill for the outdoor chef and a full kitchen for the less adventuresome. Enjoy your favorite satellite entertainment on the 27 in. TV or choose a movie from one of the local movie stores to watch on the VCR or DVD player. The gas log fireplace is perfect for those romantic evenings and there is air conditioning when the days get balmy. There is plenty of wildlife for the nature lover, so what are you waiting for? Thank you again Jay family for sharing PARADISE with us. We felt like we were in a private treehouse in the forest. We absolutely loved every minute we spent in your sweet Moose Lodge. The hummingbirds and fireflies were like a breathe of fresh air. Had we stayed in a hotel, our trip would have been nice, but we couldn't wait to get back "home" every night to enjoy our cabin. Thank you again, if the people cancel in Oct. 24--- call us. We can't imagine staying anywhere else. Rick, Deb and Brandy(with a y)"

This charming little is exactly as listed in the rental description. We instantly felt at home and there were lots of little touches that showed the consideration of the owners. The cabin was clean, well-maintained, comfortable, quiet and secluded. The owners were very easy to work with and we definitely hope to stay there again.

We managed a little gem mining (even though it was quite cold) and a visit into town. Everyone was very friendly and we look forward to our next visit.
