Stunning panoramic OCEAN views from the condo can be enjoyed from the lanai, the living room, dining room, master bedroom and kitchen.

Kai Lani is just 75 yards from 'Little Beach' and a 10 minute stroll to the fabulous Ko Olina white sand lagoons, Championship golf course, the Disney Aulani and the Ihilani Resort & Spa. Kai Lani's heated pool and hot tub is less than a two minute walk from the condo.
Use of our garage and an extra parking space are included with the rental.
Enjoy golf at the Ko Olina golf resort using our two sets of Jack Nicklaus golf clubs, surf Barbers Point Beach with our surf board, bike around the Ko Olina resort on our two adult bikes. Enjoy the beach toys including chairs, snorkel sets, boogie boards, ice chests, and a beach cart to roll your toys to the lagoons.
The living room includes a full size sofa, over sized chair with ottoman, reclining lazy boy chair, 52 inch wall mounted TV with Cable, DVR, Apple TV, Bose surround sound, DVD and CD player, numerous DVDs, videos, games. The condo has central AC and ceiling fans in every room. The fully appointed kitchen includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, rice cooker, waffle iron, ice maker, 4 slice toaster, blender, and top of the line cookware.
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, down-alternative pillows, and a 26 inch LCD TV with DVD. The second bedroom offers a queen sized bed, down-alternative pillows, 20 inch LCD TV, writing desk and chair, and a wireless laser printer. The third bedroom has comfy twin beds, 20 inch LCD TV with DVD/VCR combo, and a children's video library with over 50 titles.

We purchased Kai Lani by the Sea in 2006. We prefer to manage the villa ourselves.

We have been visitors to the islands since our 1986 honeymoon. We enjoyed vacationing in Maui for many years. In 2006 we visited Oahu on business.
We fell in love with the fantastic beaches around the island. We found the Ko Olina resort we instantly knew is was exactly what we were looking for.
This property beats any hotel thanks to it's location and efforts by the property owner to make their guests feel at home. I can't think of a better place on the island for families to spend time at the beach. The owners really go above and beyond in the customer service department to provide for your stay.
We've stayed at Kai Lani twice before this year's trip, and it is truly a gorgeous complex, small and private and beautifully maintained. This past month has been Paradise, with all the amenities and comforts of the owner's unit making us feel both welcome and right at home. They have thought of EVERY need, and left lots of information on how to use the (excellent) TV and stereo systems, as well as providing info on Oahu's many pleasurable attractions.
The unit itself was beautifully appointed and immaculate; the linens and towels are first-rate. The kitchen has a wonderful selection of appliances, from any cookware you might want to waffle makers and fondue sets. There is an abundance of spices at the unit just waiting for the most fastidious of cooks, and the Kapolei area has several markets (plus Costco!) where you can get whatever else you might want (including fresh fish!).
The Ko Olina resort complex is right next door, with it's calm lagoons and boutique shopping and luxurious spas - I was able to arrange for a lavish pedicure at the Marriott's Ihilani Hotel within two hours of my call, and the price was completely reasonable for such an upscale hotel.
However, our main delight was in the amenities offered much close to "home" - namely, the Kai Lani complex itself. They have an attentive staff who are friendly and helpful, and a lovely pool area that is only a few steps away from the unit. Like the condo itself, the pool area is clean and beautiful; there are several gas barbecues (the only type you can use) for the use of all guests and residents; but we never saw them used while we were there, so there's no worry about accessibility.
Then...there's the lagoon...just steps away, and oh-so-beautiful, with a huge and spreading tree just above the little sandy cove. The snorkeling is outstanding; we've seen all the "common" Hawaiian reef fish, as well as eels and octopus - within a few feet of the shore. Then there are the turtles! So MANY that you can stand on the shore or on the rocks or the tidepools and see more of those underwater "flyers" than you can count!
All in all, this is the BEST place to unwind and relax - enough time to REALLY relax - amongst all the Hawaiian islands we've visited.

This is a wonderful location to stay at. Close to civilization, but yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful plants along the walk way to the front door. Takes you away to relaxation. Interior has a very nice layout. Very clean and relaxing. I would defiantly recommend this condo to anyone. Awesome place.
The property is in a beautiful location and the landscaping is excellent and well maintained.The condo is well decorated with very nice Hawaiian art and has comfortable furniture and appliances. Beautiful view of the ocean/sunset from the lanai. The property owner has been extremely helpful and very well organized and friendly. Does get a bit noisy from the near by highway (can't believe how many fire engines and EM vehicles go by). Overall we really enjoyed our stay and give the property high marks. Definitely will consider returning for another vacation in the future.
What an amazing location this beautifully well-appointed and relaxing home was for my husband and myself! Our month in this beautiful and spotlessly clean home lived up to every expectation and as shown in the photos. The master bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully-loaded! The garage is stocked with beach toys and two bikes. We fully utilized the gym membership we were able to join during our stay. We wanted for nothing. It is convenient to the natural lagoons in KoOlina. New restaurants have opened at KoOlina Station which is nice. We particularly enjoyed Happy Hour at Monkeypod Kitchen. Roy's, which is at the beautiful golf course, is a favorite too. Both are in walkable distance. Since this unit sits on the front tier of the complex we could experience the sunsets from the lanai with unobstructed ocean views. It doesn't get much better than that!
Sherrill made the reservation process effortless. She was very attentive to emails when we had any questions. We highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a home away from home!
This condo is your home away from home. It is beautifully furnished and comes well equipped with everything from kitchen supplies, to entertainment and activities. Its location is perfect for peaceful and quiet relaxation. Any stress you may have will vanish once you spend five minutes on that patio overlooking the ocean.
It was a great place for cooking meals and having a quiet relaxing evening with the family on the patio. We BBQd pool a couple of times by the pool area and enjoyed the hot tub as well.
The snorkeling right off shore of the complex was also beautiful and since the condo has various sets of snorkel sets we did not have to go buy some. It was neat to walk out to the ocean right in front of the condo and spot sea turtles! You don't even have to go in the water to see that though (too cool!).
The owners were very nice, helpful, and have provided just about everything someone could think of for your perfect Hawaiian getaway. The pictures on the site perfectly represent what you will be seeing when you get there (if anything, its not doing the area/condo justice!) I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Hawaii and would love to stay there again on my next visit.
Pristine lagoons, golf, tennis, fitness center, Disney Aulani, Inhilani Resort & Spa, Ko Olina Marina, ice cream parlour, groceries, and numerous restaurants are within walking distance.
