My friends and I are yearly visitors to PTown, however this was our first time staying at Mike’s place, and it was exactly as described. The separate sleeping areas (master on 3rd floor and the other bedroom on the lower level) are perfect for providing privacy. The location of the house was more than perfect as it provided a quiet wooded respite while being within walking distance to town (Commercial St). Furnishings were comfortable, the house was clean, laundry was provided, and it was truly a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a great place in Provincetown.

Best spot in P-Town...

My partner, friends and I have been going to P-Town twice a year for 5 years now. We always rent a new place when we go there.
This year we rented this property. It was, by far, the best experience for all of us.
The deck is huge. Fireplaced living room was an awesome place to spend a cool December evening.
Both bedrooms have TVs, which was great, especially for watching TV in bed in the early AM.
This house is located on top of Miller Hill, with awesome views of the dunes and harbor. Great sunrises and sunsets are scene from this place.
This is also far enough away from the hub bub of the center fo town, yet close enough to walk to in about 7 minutes.
This year, we all agreed to come back to this house for our weekend get-aways in May and December.
Once you've been here, nothing can really compare.

We spent a wonderful week in December at this 3 story rental.
Our family was able to enjoy the holiday together at this great location.
We were within walking distance of friends and more family a few short streets away. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was provided.
This rental was a home away from home for the holiday.
A brief snowfall made for an impressive view from the top floor bedroom windows. A great place to be inside by the fireplace for a warm and cozy week with family and friends in P-Town!
