COTTAGE WITH PRIVATE POOL TWO BLOCKS FROM BEACH

Anyone looking at this cottage to rent should look no further. The pictures truly do not do it justice. Everything is as advertised and so much more. Clean, well appointed, well stocked, convenient to beach, resturants, stores. We could not have asked for more. Much thought went into the layout of this cottage and it shows. The back deck area and pool were beyond wonderful. We may not be able to get to Tybee Island very often but be assured that we do not have to try any other rental. This is where you will find us. We would certainly stay at this cottage again. Even though it is small, it's design makes it feel much larger and more open than it really is. Every little detail was very well thought out, and made for an easy, seamless, enjoyable stay. Everything was very clean and very organized. The outdoor spaces were great as well. We loved the outdoor shower, the roof deck, the screened porch, the grill, and of course the lovely salt water pool. The four bikes were a great bonus too! You should definitely rent this cottage!

THis cottage is a "little bit of heaven on earth!" Comfortably furnished and convenient to shops, restaurants, grocery store, beach, lighthouse and pier. If you don't want to walk, funished bikes make very easy access to all of the above.

After a day of sightseeing, the cottage is like an oasis in the desert. A nice quiet
place to relax and get away from all the hullabaloo of the day. Even on the one rainy day we had, the comfortable furniture on the screened in front porch, still gave us a way to enjoy the outdoors.

The pool is a nice size and very private. Sun worshipers can get their fill on the unique roof deck. The grill, table, and chairs, in the pool area, make it easy to enjoy a meal by the pool. You can also throw some clothes in the washer and dryer, and play pool tag while you wait for them to ge done.

The cottage is well kept and very clean. The bedrooms are nicely furnished with a TV in each. [My daughter and her new hubby enjoyed the privacy of the bedroom off the pool area, with its own bathroom. "Like being on a second honeymoon", they said.] All the bathrooms have very modern fixtures, as does the kitchen. Everything, in the kitchen is marked, so you have no trouble finding what you need, or putting it back where it belongs; and the extra amenities, such as spices, condiments, paper supplies, etc. are all furnished.

When we notified the owner of one small problem we had with the TV, he came right out to make sure it was taken care of. He was a very easy to contact.

This was our first stay on Tybee Island, and this cottage was such a delight to come back to. Savannah is a short distance away, so the island is the perfect place to stay to enjoy both beach and city life. If Typee Island is your destination, then you can't go wrong staying at this adorable island retreat. It has it all and then some! The pictures of the cottage are a true depiection of what you will find when you get here, but it is so much better when you actually see and experience it for yourself and I hope you will.
