This recently updated luxury town home features sparkling oak floors and new gourmet kitchen with granite and stainless. The large rooftop deck is ideal for a champagne brunch or stargazing. There are two large additional decks ideal for sunbathing or just relaxing. Located on one of P-town's highest hills, the ocean panoramic views are fantastic! Each of the 3 bedrooms is on its own level, each with private bath providing privacy for all! The lower bedroom has access to its own entrance. There is central air. The look is sleek yet comfortable. There is garage parking for one car plus an additional uncovered space

I booked this unit for myself and friends not really knowing the area. What a surprise!!!This location was great. It had plenty of parking and was a 10 minute walk to town or Herring Cove Beach. Its secluded location was quiet. We stayed intown last year and could hardly sleep because of all the noise and parking was a nightmare. Victors,a great new restaurant is just down the street and make sure you reserve early as this seems to be the new "hot" spot.
All the bedrooms are huge! Ptown and 2200 square feet...heaven...lol!!! This place is a deal...a palace for the price of a hotel room.
