This gorgeous 3 story Tuscan style home has all the charm & grace of the Mediterranean! You will think you have arrived in the middle of Tuscany!!Located on Scenic 98 across the st from Miramar Beach in the luxurious St. Tropez Community in Destin Fl. There is a private deeded access to beach.We are walking distance to the popular Silver Sands Outlet Mall.This elegantly furnished home has the living area located on the main level which features a 50' HD Plasma TV&DVD/surround sd.The kitchen is also located on main level. with sleeper Q sofa. Relax on our lanai in a beautiful tropical setting with swinging palm trees and enjoy your favorite drink & meal cooked on grill. On 2nd level is the Master bedroom with LCD TV/ DVD / jetted tub. Also on 2nd & 3rd level are 2 Q beds and 2 K beds with LCD TV/DVDs. Each level has a large covered balcony with partial view of pool. You're just a short stroll from the unique courtyard with waterfalls and stunning lagoon pool and hot tub. (summer only)

Great layout and proximity to everything perfect. Perfect for my group, privacy in home worked well as well as outside. Decor is very warm and inviting.
