This charming South Chatham rental cottage is situated in a great neighborhood, 5/10 mile to a popular sandy Nantucket Sound beach! Forest Beach is within walking distance and has free parking. It is a safe, quiet family beach that also has a dog path running behind it, which leads to the creek. There are 3 bedrooms, and 1 full bath that has been recently renovated and is like new. Nice open floor plan, including a bright kitchen, dining area and living room. Amenities include deck with furniture, grill, outside shower, washer/dryer, cable TV with VCR, and fireplace. Restaurants, coffee shop, public tennis, basketball, School House Ice Cream are all within a short walk from house. The bike path (Cape Cod Rail Trail)is just minutes away. Short ride to Chatham Village and great shopping. This is the perfect Cape Escape! September/October available at off season rates, nice cozy cottage, gas heat and fireplace--experience CapeCod without the crowds.!!!

Property was very clean and all the items provided were in good working condition. Owner was very responsive when called. Parking for two cars, use caution when pulling out of driveway, visibility blocked.

Would recommend this property.

Walk to beach or to Mill Creek for kayak or canoe usage.

Free parking at unguarded Forest Beach, daily parking at Ridgevale and Hardings Beaches.
