This light and airy, beach house is located just blocks from Main Beach and the Village shops on a quiet cul-de-sac. Charmingly decorated, the house features stunning ocean, sunset, and Catalina views. from kitchen, dining room, living room, and office, while the other rooms look onto a lush private garden. The gourmet kitchen has been recently renovated with new appliances and granite counters. The bathrooms are done in slate and tile. Hardwood floors throughout. The fabulous view deck is perfect for sunset drinks, while the large private garden patio makes for great lounging, barbecues, outdoor dining and entertaining. Our one level child-friendly home includes gourmet kitchen, indoor dining for eight, a comfortable living room and full office. Master bedroom with California King bed; second bedroom with bunkbeds and optional trundle or crib; third bedroom with queen bed and optional twin bed. Backyard patio cabana with outdoor dining, stainless BBQ and deck chairs for lounging
