Black Rock Community/Rockford Bay is across the lake within five minutes by boat. The Coeur d' Alene Resort/downtown is within 10 to 15 minutes by boat.
This property has great year-round access and has a large driveway with space for five vehicles and a boat trailer. Also a great winter time getaway. Peaceful and private - and Carlin Bay Resort is open all winter long on the weekends. Can be a hunter's retreat for a place to stay and be able to hunt in the immediate area.
