All new furniture, beds, paint and decor. New central a/c. Separate Florida room with TV and Sleeper sofa for the kids or grandparents! Fully fenced back yard for parents well-being and private picnicking! Within bicycling distance of Beach Haven, and all of it's shops, restaurants, amusements, water park, & night clubs. 4 beach badges for Long Beach Twp. beaches provided.
