Over 3250 square feet. 4 bedrooms: 1king size beds, 3 queens. Open marble shower and jacuzzi in baths. Stone & cedar living room with lake views and vaulted ceiling. Open bar, separate kitchen, lots of comfortable coves for relaxing. 55' LCD TV and 32' with added speakers. Gazebo and 4 decks with lake views, water feature with waterfalls and 2 small dipping pools, large covered deck with bbq grill and plenty of table, chairs and bar. Spacious parking, large turnaround driveway for boats or campers. 1/2 mile from Marshall Ford Marina, approximately 1 mile from Tom Hughs Park, (swimming) and Mansfield Park, (boating & swimming). Close vicinity to many fun and good restaurants, live music and dancing. Grocery stores nearby. Only 3 miles from 2222 and 620. Approximately 20 miles from downtown Austin.

Beautiful Home with little amenities

We rented this home this past weekend. The house is definitely beautiful but the descirption is a little misleading. The kitchen is not fully furnished so if you plan on cooking bring your own pots and pans. There were no spices but some salt and pepper that was very old. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds that are rather uncomfortable. But on the bright side the house is super spacious and the master bedroom is amazing. The view is great too espcially with all the patios! There are two living rooms and plenty of sitting space. I would say the house is ideally for 6 people.
