If you long for the peaceful relaxation that comes with views of a gentle river, dolphins playing, and egrets circling the marsh, come to Folly Beach. This newly refurbished condominium is located on the Folly River with views of the river, surrounding marsh, and the Morris Island Lighthouse. Nearby is the Washout with the best surfing in the Southeast. A large, screened porch just above the marsh provides a quiet setting for breakfast or sipping a cold drink as the sun goes down. The sun worshiper may lie by the pool or on the dock.
With all the advantages of the beach, the marsh, and scenic Charleston, Turn of River is indeed the best of all worlds.

Heading out in the opposite direction takes you to Charleston, about a 20-minute drive, with its world famous historic homes, award-winning restaurants, and nearby plantations and gardens. Either direction leads you to the unspoiled charm of the Low Country of South Carolina.
