Pristine home in private Country Club, Connestee Falls. Centrally located for day trips. Enjoy all the amenities of country club living and more! Swim in pool or lake, fish, hike, play golf or tennis without leaving the community.

Enjoy total relaxation in our HappiNest. Located on quiet street, surrounded by tall trees and friendly wildlife! Hiking Trail right on our cul-de-sac!

Shopping and eating in the fantastic boutiques and restaurants of Brevard, Hendersonville and Ashville.

After one visit this will become an annual getaway for you and your family.

Hi, We live in Central Florida. We have vacationed with friends in North Carolina frequently and fell in love with the mountains! Enjoy golf, hiking, fishing there. Decided it was the perfect place to invest. .

Great for relaxing, playing great golf, hiking,

swimming and just winding down! Can't be here myself as much as I would like so I am sharing my serene getaway!

Looked for many years for the "right" area.

Connestee Falls, Brevard is centrally located

in Western North Carolina. Best of everytihing is here - outdoors activity, the arts, history, waterfalls, fishing, music, super restaurants & shopping. Total down time!!

What makes this house unique

The quiet time! Only sound you hear is birds! Total privacy, time for the spirit. Great

for lowering your blood pressure!!! Gives one the down time we all need yet you can go less than 15 minutes and have all

kinds of activity! Best of both worlds.

A most special place to relax. Golf course is in great shape and fun to play. Dining at the clubhouse is a real treat. The HappiNest has all the comforts of home. Felt spoiled with the weekly housekeeping provided.

There are no comments from previous guests because I just purchased the HappiNest as my "getaway nest". The home has never been used as a rental property. I hope you enjoy my home as much as I do. You will feel you're visiting a friend rather than just renting a home!
