Come to beautiful Down East Maine for you're summer/fall vacation! Custom built lake front home with all the creature comforts including 16 foot cathedral ceilings, hardwood and stone flooring, and custom woodwork. The home also features CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING for those hot summer days! The home consists of a large living room with fire place, wet bar with temp. controlled wine storage, a cozy window seat, and is nicely appointed with suede furniture. Adjacent to the living room is a screened porch facing the water with a dining set and additional side seating. The kitchen is well equipped with a french door refridgerator, Professional kitchen-aide gas range with convection, a microwave, and dishwaher. All Cookware/serving dishes are provided. The master bed room has a very comfy queen size bed, fire place, and patio doors facing the lake. The guest room has a queen size bed and club chairs for relaxing and reading with a view of the gardens.

The loft has a queen size bed and is always a big hit with the kids! The bath is 'spa inspired: with a jetted jacuzzi tub, seperate shower, and even has a heated towel rack. There is a ful size washer and dryer and all linens are provided. The property also has a large camp fire pit, picnic table, plenty of outside patio furniture and lakeside deck. There is a dock and float in the water for sun bathing, swimming, and relaxing. There is also a traditional Maine wooden row boat and canoe for guest's use. At home on the lake guest's will enjoy peace and quiet as power boats and jet skis are not permitted. Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park are about an hour's drive where you will enjoy all that the Maine coast has to offer.

Located in the Down East / Acadia region. The home is located in Great Pond Maine. Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor is a short drive away which provide sailing, hiking, the arts and dining. At home on the lake guests will enjoy peace and quiet as power boats and jet skis are not permitted. Sitting on a spring fed lake you can enjoy pristine swimming and canoeing.

Other Activities: Swimming, relaxing, Acadia National Park an hour's drive

Golf: Saw Mill Golf Course located in Cifton Maine, about 30 minutes drive

Kebo Golf Course located in Bar Harbor Maine, about an hour's drive.
