House, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6-10)

This house is featured in the Crested Butte historic preservation manual as the epitome of what an original Crested Butte home looks like. It is zoned historic and is located on a quiet street one block removed from the main drag of the town and within two blocks of 20 different eating establishments as well as right around the corner from the origination point of the free shuttle bus to the Crested Butte ski area.

The entire house has very recently been renovated and expanded to make a very comfortable three bedroom, two and a half bath dwelling. The living room has a brand new 27 inch TV with cable and a DVD player, and also a charming upright piano. The kitchen cabinets and counters are new with a nice table that can expand to seat six comfortably.

The downstairs bedroom features a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, an attached full bath, and a cable tv. The rwo upstairs bedrooms share a half bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a king size bed with an especially comfortable memory foam mattress.

A three quarter bath is located at the bottom of the stairs adjacent to the living room. The latter has a queen size futon and a queen size sofa bed which can each sleep two people.
