The Lone Elk Lodge has three luxurious condominiums conveniently located near Glacier National Park.

Each condo features a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and tools needed to prepare family meals. Handcrafted knotty alder cabinets and granite counter tops create a beautiful space to prepare and share meals. The living rooms areas feature a gas fireplace, flat screen TV with satellite programming, wireless Internet, and comfortable furniture for relaxing after a long hike or ski. The beds are all new and very comfortable. There is a front-loading washer and dryer in each unit. Bathrooms have tiled shower and tub stalls with European glass doors, and lots of fluffy towels. Each unit has a private deck with a gas grill and deck furniture and an awesome view of the surrounding mountains.

Lone Elk Lodge is a wonderful place to stay. It is beautifully furnished, and equipped with anything you might need. Leslie was also very hospitable, and gave us tips on great hikes in GP, places to eat., etc. We loved our stay at Lone Elk Lodge and hope to come back again soon!

Fabulous accomodations and hospitality

We stayed for 4 nights of a 2 week trip to Waterton-Glacier National Park with our friends. We found the accommodations to be of the highest quality - beautifully built and decorated with marvelous views. The owner, who provided fresh scones on the day of our arrival, was very helpful with local restaurants and directions to Glacier's entrances for Many Glaciers, St Mary and Two Medicine, where we hiked. We even had a close (200') encounter with 4 grizzlies in Many Glaciers area and lived to tell the story! The pictures for this rental do not do it justice and all 4 of us would highly recommend it as a comfortable and convenient place to stay - we didn't want to leave!

Second stay in two years. Can't wait till third.

Carl, Leslie & Maura are the perfect hosts, In the perfect place. What can I say your place is beautiful. We ought to know my wife & I have stayed in three different units & they are all super nice. Your suggestions on where to eat, places to go & hikes to do are always perfect for us. We feel like that we are just staying with friends. What a wonderful experience it has been each time. It is so hard to leave each time. See you again next Sept.

Perfect East Glacier Getaway

Our group of 10 long time friends had a wonderful stay at Lone Elk Lodge, filling Summit and Sinopah with lots of laughter. Many thanks to Carl and Leslie for providing transportation from the train station and for their hospitality. The Lodge provides luxury accommodations and was the perfect place for preparing meals, enjoying a glass of wine, and star gazing at night. We hiked for 3 days in Glacier National Park and enjoyed every moment. We would love to return to Lone Elk Lodge.

What a wonderful property!

We stayed in Summit, the upstairs three bedroom unit with a beautiful view of the mountains, and were so happy with our choice. It is truly a home away from home: comfortable, clean, exceptionally well equipped, and well furnished. It's obvious that there has been a lot of attention to detail. Lone Elk Lodge is situated on a gorgeous property just outside of town, where there are a number of restaurants, and close to the Two Medicine entrance to the park. Leslie and Carl are wonderful hosts - kind, helpful, and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
