Great location, very spacious

We had a great stay in Chicago for 3 nights, this unit provided us with 3 bedrooms + den that accomodated 8 adults. Great location, very spacious. The owner was very pleasant to deal with. 8 adults sharing one bathroom was a challenge but we made it work. This was a home away from home.
i recommend this rental, great for large groups.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: My guests were great as well. Very respectful of the property and neighborhood. They enjoyed their time in Chicago.

At Home on Vacation

I live 3 blocks from the condo – so when 6 of my family members came to visit for a long weekend, it was a no-brainer to have them stay at this condo. The owners were great to work with – very helpful providing everything we needed, including a pack-n-play and high chair for my niece.

My family had an overall great stay at the condo. It was very nice, clean, spacious – and being right next to the park was perfect for the kids. Having the living space and feeling at home definitely beat staying in a hotel! Although I had my car there, we never actually used it. We were able to walk to the Red/Brown/Purple Line stop at Fullerton – just a short walk away – to get everywhere we wanted to go.

Comfortable and homey

Our stay had all the comforts of home - living area, bedrooms, kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher. A good home away from home. One thing to plan ahead for: You are required to wash and dry your own bed and bath linens which makes an early leavetaking more difficult. Thankful for the great high efficiency washer and dryer to minimize our time.

The landlord was easy enough to work with, and generous-hearted in our experience.

This property was a great vacaion home. It was well kept, clean and peaceful.
Easy access to trains and buses, great location and minutes away from Downtown chicago. Easy access to the highway and Lake Shore Drive.
Very safe meighborhood and lovely neighbors. Street parking is also available.
My first experience renting a vacation home, the pictures and descriptions online were accurate and the home exceeded expectations.
A great feel of privacy, washer and dryer in the unit so you do not have to take dirty clothes back home..lol!
The owner was always available to assist when need be. Very polite and returned calls promptly. Very great customer service and the property is a hot cake because the units were constantly rented.
The owner was so lovely that my mother insisted she had to entertain her for a few minutes at least (now that was funny)!
Owner's Response: The guests were so pleasant, and friendly. I fell in love with Aina's mother. She even shared her daughters wedding cake with my kids & I. I can't wait to be able to host them again.

Homey Chicago apartment

A group of seven of us (three adults, a teenager, two tween boys, and a toddler) stayed in Unit 1 (first floor) for a three-night visit to Chicago, and we had a great time -- super location, a good amount of space for our group, and wonderful to have an opportunity to relax in a homey setting. The park practically next door is fabulous for little kids, and the el and the grocery store were a quick walk away. This was a great find for our group.
