Great location, very spacious

We had a great stay in Chicago for 3 nights, this unit provided us with 3 bedrooms + den that accomodated 8 adults. Great location, very spacious. The owner was very pleasant to deal with. 8 adults sharing one bathroom was a challenge but we made it work. This was a home away from home.
i recommend this rental, great for large groups.
Owner's Response: My guests were great as well. Very respectful of the property and neighborhood. They enjoyed their time in Chicago.

Perfect family vacation home

This unit worked perfect for our party of 7. Our young kids loved the nearby (~3 easy blocks) state of the art park! A brand new park less than 1 block from this unit is under construction. The location was great with several neighborhood pubs, restaurants (try Gaslight Grill) and coffee houses (neighborhood Starbucks around the corner). It's about 7 blocks to the train station. The grocery store was right outside of the train station which made for convenient stops after our trips to downtown Chicago (get a Dominicks card before you buy at the store - it takes minutes and will result in significant savings). The unit and neighborhood were very quite. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make home cooked meals. The in-unit washer/dryer were very useful with our large group. Reima was great to work with from day one. She worked hard to secure our reservation and we are very grateful. Thanks Reima...it was a great trip and we're already planning next year's trip back.

Nice place in Lincoln park

This was a great place to stay in Chicago. We are a family of 6, including 4 kids (2 teenagers). Nice location, convenient to downtown, gorcery store nearby.
Landlady was very nice, price can't be beat, and condo was clean, comfortable and safe.
Minor negatives: only 1 bathroom, and no laundry facilities in apt.
Would definitely stay here again, especially with a family!

Better than advertised

As seasoned travelers, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Lincoln Park rental. The management was friendly, accurate and thorough with every part of this transaction, and the property itself was delightful. The neighborhood is charming, and the apartment itself is well maintained and very tastefully decorated. With three spacious and well appointed bedrooms (including one with a crib,) there is plenty of room for a family of five or six. The kitchen sports top of the line refrigerator, coffee maker and other utilities. On a quiet residential street within walking distance of Lincoln Park's restaurants and only 2 blocks from a friendly and well-stocked grocery store. The only downside is the on-street parking: By 8PM the streets are full of cars and parking is at a premium. But we considered that a small price to pay for the convenience and charm of this rental. We will stay there again, and won't hesitate to recommend it to friends.
