Situated on a dead-end private road in a quiet but centrally located area off East Cliff Drive with distant filtered views but close enough to enjoy the sights and smells of the ocean, Blackpoint Cottage is a short walk to both Sunny Cove Beach, Black's Beach and a short trip to Twin Lakes Beach and the nearby lagoons and beaches of East Cliff Drive. Relax in the pristine hot tub or sip wine on the deck at sunset; this cozy home has all the elements that will make your stay at the beach memorable. Wash the sand off at the end of the day in the outdoor shower and spend foggy evenings watching the plasma TV in front of the brick fireplace. There is even a completely fenced yard for your canine pal! Great restaurants abound and some even deliver to your door.... Or buy fresh seafood at the wharf and create fabulous dinners in the well-equipped kitchen. You can keep in touch with the office using the wireless high speed Internet connection.

Fun for Families: Blackpoint Cottage is located in the middle of the beach and surfing neighborhoods of East Santa Cruz (the preferred warmer beach area). Watch the world-class surfing dudes riding the waves of Pleasure Point or take some lessons and learn to surf on your own! Spend evenings in the secluded garden and relax in the spa after a day at the beach. Wash off the sand in the hot and cold outdoor shower!

Great Location: Blackpoint Cottage is situated down a private road in a centrally located area of Santa Cruz, where it is easy to enjoy the sights and smells of the Bay from this great family and pet-friendly home. Blackpoint Cottage is just a short 3/10th of a miles walk to the local beach spot called 'Sunny's Cove'. This particular beach is very well wind protected - which makes it a favorite among sunbathers and families for its' gentle lapping waves, warmer temperatures, and its' seclusion.

House Information: Blackpoint Cottage is actually a 1300 square foot home, with two master suites, an enclosed yard with hot tub, and a very spacious upper deck with covered patio seating for 8 persons comfortably - and even offers a peak of an ocean view! This home sleeps 6 comfortably, has a two car garage and plenty of off-street parking, and Blackpoint Cottage is about 50 yards or so off of the street to offer quiet privacy and creek-side tranquility.

Golf: Golf the famous courses of the Monterey Peninsula or the beautiful courses of Pasatiempo or DeLaveage in Santa Cruz.

We really enjoyed oru stay in this perfectly located home. Four of us rean in teh Wharf-to-Wharf on Sunday - and it was awesome! Our pup "Moose" enjoyed his time as much as we did! He loved the big yard and the view from the deck. We had a fabulous time with lots of laughs and memories and we can't wait to return!"

we stayed in blackpoint cottage over thanksgiving weekend. it was perfect for our needs for a place to stay, entertaining and enjoying being in santa cruz for our daughter's wedding. thank you so much for making it such a comfortable haven for all of us! we'll even give you credit for the lovely, warm weather!
