All the comforts of a year round home with the qualities of lake living. Located in a sheltered cove and protected from boat traffic. Fantastic views from wall of windows on enclosed back porch. Two docks, one connected to the boat house for enjoying evening beverages. Detached large game room with ping pong, foosball, video games , darts and board games. Nicely landscaped, parking for five cars.

House features a formal dining room and large living room with a fireplace. A separate game room offers, video games, ping pong table , fooz ball and darts. Water Access: - direct. Distance to Wft: 100'. - Access to great shared sandy beach only a short distance by boat.

Lot Description: Separate game room with extensive lawn around house and to waterfront. A boathouse at the waters edge with attached dock. Cottage faces: east. View: across lake. Dock - y 2; Overnight Docking - y; Mooring - n; Float - n; Boats included - y rowboat; Boat Launching facilities - Mill St or Crescent Lake.

Beautiful view

We had a wonderful time at this charming Lake house. There were 3 adults and 5 children. House is very roomy. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of seating for eating. House has a comfortable feel.

We had the best weather. A lot of time was spent outdoors. I loved the boathouse and the game room was awesome. Yard was well landscaped. We did a lot of fishing from the docks. Great fishing. We enjoyed the kayak and brought a canoe. We all enjoyed exploring Panther Pond. I do recommend a day atTasseltop beach. The beach is right in town and offers better swimming for the kids. Sebago State Park was also a great place to picnic and swim.

We did have a problem with the central a/c. The homeowner was quick to call a service repairman, which was greatly appreciated.

The street is very busy. Not ideal for small children.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Cozy home - had a great time

We had 7 people there plus 2 more for a nice lobster dinner on Labor Day. Plenty of room for everyone and the beds were comfortable. It was too cold for swimming so we didn't get a chance to row over to the beach on the island, but we enjoyed warm sunny days on the lawn and patio, and loved the double wide hammock. The game room was great for ping pong and other games. We loved the big porch, too. The wireless high-speed internet was great, and our cell phones got good reception. The location is good - close enough to stores and the public beach on Sebago Lake. The road is very busy, so that could be a concern with small children, but the yard is fenced in.

Beautiful Place

My family and i had an unbelievable time. We had 2 days of rain and with game room, you would never even know it was raining. This house has it all. Wonderful time. We would definately rent it again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
