Private deck off master bedroom for enjoying morning coffee as you watch sunrise. 3 separate floors all with bedrooms and bath perfect for multiple families, yet open great-room with huge rock fireplace, gourmet kitchen and plenty of dining area make it perfect for entire group to gather. Within minutes are golfing, fishing, hiking, biking, or shopping the downtown. Historic Raiload to Silverton located 1 mile away. Durango Mountain Ski Resort and airport are short 25 minute drive, and Anasazi Indian Ruins are 35 minutes away.
