Awesome house, it has eveything you'd need, beautiful sunsets and great ocean view, its right in front of the beach. 15 mis away from an excellent surfing spot Hermosa beach. You'll love it there!!!

I have been to this property twice and what a great place. Located directly on the beachfront for sun, fun and surfing. With walking distance to all the sodas and great places to gather. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Beach Rental.

The house and the staff were great. Very helpful. Directly on the beach, surf right up to the house at high tide. The rental had everything that you would need. Plus everything is a short $2 cab ride away, or brief walk. I would stay at the same place next time.

Our week in Jaco

This house is located close to central Jaco, about a 5 minute walk. There was alot of construction going on when we were there 2/2009. Once the neighboring construction is finished, it will be even nicer. For the price this place is great. It is a little older, and small. But has all of the amenities. The pool was great. The beach is just like the picture, beautiful and right in front of the house.
