“Hakuna Matata” is a 4 bedroom (3 full baths) new home that sleeps 10-11 with a King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 2 Twin Beds, a pull-out couch + pack-n-play Crib. Each bedroom has a cable TV + DVD player. It’s fully furnished and personally decorated, including extra linens + towels, making your stay truly 'no worries.' The Living room has cable TV, DVD/VCR, and a CD playing stereo. There is a Dining room and the sunny eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with every convenience, even a highchair. The Game room has Foosball, Ping Pong/Table Tennis, and a Basketball hoops game. Relax in the 36-foot screened-in Swimming Pool (can be heated) and enjoy the Hot Tub. The sundeck has southern exposure to maximize your time in the sun. There is a Charcoal BBQ Grill just outside the screen door. Enjoy meals on the Lanai, just outside the French doors, under an outdoor ceiling fan. The optional safety fence separates the pool area. Use the computer or your laptop with free wireless Internet.

We have stayed at this house 2 years in a row (2006 and 2007) It's a wonderful house. We really enjoy the pool. Renting a house in Florida is really the way to go. Much better than a hotel. I have recommended this house to all my friends. Enjoy it for yourself. Janice Leggins

This place is awesome! My husband and I stayed here while at a softball tournament in Clermont. Still the best deal around even for just two. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The neighborhood is quiet. Great for walking. The house and accommodations were more than we could ask for. Don't pass it up.

What a wonderful home you have. It truly is a "home away from home." Our children loved the swimming pool and of course the game room. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to everything. We look forward to many more vacations here.

This villa is well equiped and has everything for a great holiday. It is well furnished and decorated and is in a very quiet location within easy reach of the Disney parks, shopping and a wide choice of eating places. The pool and spa are fantastic and just the place to unwind after a day tramping the theme parks. I will certainly look to rent this villa again the next time we fly to Orlando.
Competive pricing and prompt refund of security deposit post rental.
