BEAUTIFUL HOME, LARGE YARD, MINUTE TO BEACH, SLEEPS 10, MANY EXTRAS

We recently spent our annual family reunion at Paula and Dave's beautiful and charming home on the beach. This was the fourth visit we have spent in this immaculate and updated home. We noticed the new siding on the house and gave out with a "wow" at the newly renovated kitchen. As usual, the ktchen was immaculate and has everything and more a family could want. We walked through the rest of the rooms, and it was as if we were coming home......we love the charm and warmth of the rooms that are filled filled with antiiques and graceful furniture.

We had 4 little girls with us, and they enjoyed the toys, games, puzzles that are there as well as playing soccer outside and watching the Osprey feed their young. The deck is wonderful for family gatherings.

We love the warmth and charm of Paula and Dave's home. We enjoy speaking with and working with Paula and Dave....they are two wonderful and accomodating people,

Our reunions do get better and better!

I live in this area. Rented the home for my son and his family. They could not have been happier. House had everything, including kayaks, bikes, pool table, beautiful back yard for cookout, etc. Owners maintain the home and grounds meticulous. We will definitely rent again when my son can make it back from AU.

I'm not sure where to begin. This was just what my family of four needed for the perfect family vacation. We weren't looking for attractions just quality fun and relaxing. With a three and one year old we weren't sure how a beach vacation would work out. The beach itself is nice and quiet. We simply plopped the two kids in the wagon from the garage and took the short walk to the end of the street for playing on the beach. Besides the very useful wagon, the garage was stocked with beach toys, chairs and bikes and bike helmets of all sizes. All of which came in handy.

The cul-de-sac was the perfect place to ride bikes (I haven't ridden in 20 years) with our 3 year old for the first time. He had a blast and didn't want to go back home to our NYC two bedroom. Who can blame him.

The back deck was great for grilling and the well stocked kitchen had all the dishes and utensils that we needed.

When we go back, emphasis on "when" not "if", we'll likely bring another family with us. With just the four of us we didn't use the house to it's full potential. Another family of 3 or 4 would add friends for us and our kids to play with. Then maybe we'd have utilized the pool or ping pong tables in the basement.

Overall this was a great vacation for our family and we really look forward to returning next summer.
