This large Victorian colonial is directly located on a private sandy beach offering sweeping views of Long Island Sound from almost every room. This lovely home includes a new eat-in kitchen with separate formal dining room, large living room, 1.5 baths, 3 bedrooms, newer windows and all updated appliances including a full size washer/dryer. There is a charming wrap-around porch on the lower level of the house and a large balcony off the master bedroom for you to enjoy the breath taking views. Further there is an additional 500+ square feet of storage in the walk-up attic and an adjoining private parking lot that accommodates over 15 cars for your guests.

Settled in 1639 and considered the sixth oldest municipality in Connecticut, Milford displays the charm and warmth of a traditional New England shore town but with the sophistication and amenities of a small city with much to offer including 17 miles of pristine salt water shoreline. Popular visitor's sites are the Audubon Coastal Center, Center for the Arts, Wharf Lane complex and numerous shops, discount outlets, boutiques, shopping centers and outstanding restaurants. In addition Milford offers a variety of lively nightlife and dancing as well as concerts, weekly fairs and seasonal entertainment on the town green throughout the summer season. Also available in Connecticut is the famous Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casino's for a day of fun and excitement as well as Yale University and Mystic Seaport. If you're interested in big city life, New York or Boston is easily accessible from the Milford Train Station.
