Luxurious Grand Sandestin condo located on the 7th floor facing the Bay - a wonderful view from EVERY room! It abounds with granite, stone, and tile as well as decorator furnishings. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, an eat-at bar, and opens to the living room and view of the Bay. The living area has a wet bar and complimentary high speed internet connection. There are two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms located at each end of the unit. A 3rd bedroom and bath are located off the hallway. Each has a king sized bed. A huge balcony off the dining room and living room allows for wonderful views of the Bay and village while having an evening cocktail or morning breakfast. The building itself is beautiful and includes an impressive lobby with lounge/bar, fitness room, gift shop, and optional valet and bell service. Your reservation comes complete with an amenity card for each guest as well as an access card for gated underground parking & free high-speed internet.

Notes: Tennis, golf, boat rentals and marina are all close by within the resort for an additional charge. A nature walk and children's play area are also nearby. There are several spas, beauty salons, and fitness gyms within the resort as well. A work-out room is located in the lobby of this building and can be accessed by our guest. The other fitness centers have an additional charge. Beach chairs and umbrellas may be rented on the private resort beach. Baytowne Village itself abounds with restaurants and shops that you can walk to. There are many other restaurants and shops within the resort that you can ride the shuttle to or drive.

Family and Kid-friendly atmosphere!!: Your building opens onto a pedestrian -only cobblestone village, making it much safer for little ones. There's a tot's wading pool as well as a full sized pool. On most weekends, you can enjoy fireworks and free concerts in the village square - just a 2 minute stroll out the lobby. Shopping, dining and live entertainment are just a few of the things offered here in the village. And, if you tire of that, you have the entire resort to explore!! It even has it's own 'adventure nature island' complete with a wooden bridge. If the kids like horses, riding is available for a rental fee right on the nature island. A brand new children's play area has just been added as well. Going out at night with just the 'two of you' couldn't be easier with the 'parents night out' program! And, of course, there's a kids camp in the summer during the daytime.

Special Rates for Returning Guests!: We know you'll fall in love with the village and the Grand Sandestin so we offer a special discounted rate to all our returning guests. We also offer a crib service for $10/day - full sized crib with sheet and bumper, delivered. We do keep our calendar updated, so be sure to check it. And, if your time is flexible, ask us about specially discounted 'days in between' rates!

Kathy, I just had to send you a note to let you know how very much we enjoyed your condo this past week. The unit was so well kept and the furnishings were super. The weather was perfect and we decided that this time of the year is the best to be in Destin. When we arrived on Monday I honestly believe that there weren't more than 15-20 cars in the complex. Our granddaughter had a wonderful time walking around the development and was particularly impressed with the number of lizards and birds that we could see. Oh well, needless to say we had a terrific time and appreciate the opportunity to stay in your wonderful condo. I hope we left everything in order as we regretfully had to leave on Thursday. I look forward to renting your unit again sometime in the near future.

A great stay

This condo was beautiful through and through with much care taken to help you know where everything was and easy to use. The owner was extremely easy to work with and the resort is top notch. You could not ask for a nicer place to stay with a great Bayside location near the Village where you can shop, eat, have a children's playground etc. We would stay again noting only two negatives, the pool was not heated for our Spring Break stay...not an issue in other seasons... and the amenity card does not give you free tennis, bike rentals, etc. but it does give you access to pay for them. Not a bad deal considering you get a much better deal than through the resort but it's good to know up front. My mistake for not being thorough in my questions.

Such a beautiful condo, and the owner was just lovely. All of her extra amenities made our stay most enjoyable. The view of the bay and pool is spectacular.
