- Two master suite bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one at each end of the unit. Great for two families or in-laws. Each has a walk in shower, soaking tub, and double sink vanities. The 3rd bedroom is located off the hallway. The 3rd bath is across the hall with a tub/shower combo. Plenty of dresser space and closet space.

Family and Kid-friendly atmosphere!!: Your building opens onto a pedestrian -only cobblestone village, making it much safer for little ones. There's a tot's wading pool as well as a full sized pool. On most weekends, you can enjoy fireworks and free concerts in the village square - just a 2 minute stroll out the lobby. Shopping, dining and live entertainment are just a few of the things offered here in the village. And, if you tire of that, you have the entire resort to explore!! It even has it's own 'adventure nature island' complete with a wooden bridge. If the kids like horses, riding is available for a rental fee right on the nature island. A brand new children's play area has just been added as well. Going out at night with just the 'two of you' couldn't be easier with the 'parents night out' program! And, of course, there's a kids camp in the summer during the daytime.
Special Rates for Returning Guests!: We know you'll fall in love with the village and the Grand Sandestin so we offer a special discounted rate to all our returning guests. We also offer a crib service for $10/day - full sized crib with sheet and bumper, delivered. We do keep our calendar updated, so be sure to check it. And, if your time is flexible, ask us about specially discounted 'days in between' rates!
