Location..Location..Location.. This lovely, two-story, Non- Smoking oceanfront villa has beautiful, breathtaking views of the ocean from almost every room and spacious patios on both floors. The unit is only steps away from a pristine, quiet beach and has convenient access to two swimming pools. The villa is professionally decorated, newly carpeted, and has all the amenities one needs for a relaxing and memorable vacation. There is an attached two-car garage. The main floor features a spacious, beautifully decorated open living and dining room area which is continuous with the patios once you open the large glass patio doors that provide an unencumbered view of the ocean. While preparing meals in the adjacent, fully-equipped, modern kitchen with all new appliances you can still enjoy the view. There is a 50' plasma TV and DVD in the living room. A fireplace, laundry room, and half bath complete the first floor.

You will also have privileges and easy access to Beach Club Resort pool and snack bar and the centrally located lighted tennis courts. Summer Beach is centrally and conveniently located to all Amelia Island has to offer.
