Beautifully furnished 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Villa, close the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, world championship golf courses, tennis courts, a lovely lagoon with great nearby shopping and restaurants. Unit also features High Speed Wireless Internet and Cable TV. There is a king size bed in the Master bedroom, and two full beds in the guest bedroom, a sofa bed in the large family room -- perfect for family or multiple couples! First floor villas, with beautiful corner floor plan that is very spacious, with large family room that features DVD/VCR and wet bar! There is a screened porch and a wrap-around porch accessed through lovely french doors which opens up to great view of the Crown Reef Port Royal Raquet Club and Tennis Courts with steps down to access the tennis courts.. There is Free Tennis and the beach is close by (500 yards) and there is a children's playground at a nearby beach park which also features public restrooms. The Villa was built in 2000 and is among the new units on the island. Well maintained, can find cheaper but this best for the price and you'll want to come again!

Exceptional location, behind Westin Hotel: Immaculately maintained and very luxurious. no cramps spaces, and end ground floor unit, next to tennis club and 2 minutes to pool with B-B-Que facilities/ Five minute walk to beach, spac facilities available Westin Hotel along with exercise room which you contract with them for on a daily or weekly basis for single, couple or family. The Westin is on beach and we are about 5 minute walk. Golf is available and you make those arrangements personally. Port Royal Plantation Golf Plantation is about 5 blocks or less away. Plenty of things to do on the island to keep kids entertained and absolute the best dining anywhere. There are boat trips to stage presentations, to the Philhamonics to enjoy. Short trip to Savannah is a wonderful day trip. You haven't lived until you visit Hilton Head.

Golf: There are numerous golf courses available for you to book directly with. Nearest course to our Villa is Port Royal Plantation Golf course., Sea Pines, Harbor Course where Heritage is played, Palmetto Dunes and many other exquisite courses.

Relaxing Week in a Great Location...

We had a wonderful time during our May 2009 visit...The Owner was extremely friendly...The condo is in a great location...literally a 5-minute walk to the beach...a 2-minute walk to the complex's pool...short drive to any number of restaurants, cinema, putt-putt golf, etc...
We used the tennis courts in the complex, as well...
Interior of condo is nicely decorated...kitchen has all the essentials...beds and linens are fresh and updated...
The complex itself is quite shady, which is refreshing, occasionally, if you want to escape the heat of the day...
A couple helpful suggestions might be that the main TV could be updated to a flatscreen, as are being furnished in other comparable units in this price range...Also, for first time visitors, some instructions regarding use of the facilities would be helpful...
Appreciated very much that the villa was non-smoking and pet-free...
All-in-all we had a wonderful time, and hope to return some time...

This was the perfect unit for my family. This unit was comfortable for the adults and great for my small children too. It is a very cozy unit and beautifully decorated and maintained. I appreciated the higher locks on the doors out the front and on the screens since I have a child who likes to escape! The owner is very flexible and pleasant. Thank you for making our vacation great!

We are near the end of an enjoyable
4-month stay at 103 Crown Reef. This is a very nice villa, ideally located and with a most cooperative and pleasant owner. We would be a repeat tenant next winter except for finding a beachfront/oceanfront villa in an adjacent complex.
