Beautifully furnished 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Villa. Close to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, world championship golf courses, tennis courts & a lovely lagoon. Great nearby shopping and restaurants. First floor corner end villa with beautiful open floor plan is very spacious, with large great room featuring wet bar. Tile & carpet. There is a king size bed with plush mattress topper in the Master bedroom. Two full beds in the guest bedroom, and a sofa bed in the large family room -- perfect for families or multiple couples! Unit features High Speed Wireless Internet & Cable TV access for all 3 TVs. DVD player & CD stereo in family living room. A screened porch with rockers and open porch with table & chairs for outdoor dining accessed through lovely french doors overlook the Port Royal Racquet Club and Tennis Courts. Steps down access the tennis courts.

One hour of free tennis daily is included. Time must be reserved in advance at the racquet club. The beach is a simple walk (500 yards). There is a children's playground at the beach access park which also features a picnic area, public restrooms & outdoor showers. Ask about our Fall & Winter 'Snowbirds' rates.

Coastal Discovery Museum at Honey Horn offers an overview of Hilton Head ecosystems, a butterfly museum as well as various classes. The Sandbox, an interactive children's museum is located behind St. Andrew by the Sea. A skating rink in nearby Bluffton and many other day activities such as boat trips, pirate sailing & many more too numerous to name. Farmers Markets make local food available for in house cooking & enjoyment. You can't beat Grant's farmstand peaches.

Numerous revolutionary war & civil war historic sites. Area Gullah history. New WWII memorial park. Easy day trips to Beaufort, Savannah & Charleston (including Fort Sumter). Special water festivals & house & garden walks at various times of the year

Great Condo in HH

We spent a lovely 3 day weekend at this condo in the Port Royal Village. The photos accurately reflected the unit. It is quite spacious and an easy walk to the beach. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. The owners were very responsive in answering questions, and provided clear directions to the property and lots of suggestions for activities. We were sorry we were unable to take advantage of the free hour of tennis even though we were right next to the courts. We'd surely stay here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

First time in Hilton Head...but not the last!

What makes a great vacation? Location. Yes, but this villa goes beyond being in a great location: close to two pools, the tennis courts, playgrounds, and the BEACH! This stylish villa is clean and comfortable. The owners are thoughtful and easily accessible. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and even glass storage containers. We made good use of the back porch for quiet late night talks...we will miss that porch! Having such a great place to stay is what made our vacation truly stress free.

We chose to eat at several local places and were most impressed by Chef David's Roastfish and Cornbread. A popular local restaurant on 70 Marshland Rd. This will be on our must do list for all future visits to Hilton Head!

Lovely Place

It was very nice and lovely place. Well decorated and shows owner's pride in the place. we had great time and will plan to return and recommend this place to our friends.
Thank you Valerie for going through trouble with my daughter,s make up pouch that was left behind. She was glad to have it back!

My family had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. We loved our place in Crown Reef. It was Neat and clean. The Kitchen was recently updated and stocked with what we needed to cook. The bedrooms and Bathrooms were large. The Beds were very comfortable. It came with a free hour of tennis each day which we took advantage of and enjoyed. It was a short walk to the beach or you can drive and pay in the metered spots. We rode our bikes often around the island.We had grocery stores and shopping close by. Wonderful restaurants close. The pools at the complex were clean and kid friendly. We are already looking forward to staying at this property for years to come. the owners were so pleasant to work with and always accommodation. they left event and eating magazines to make our planning easy for the week. Thank you for a fun filled week. We look forward to coming back next year.

Our stay at Crown reef 103 was wonderful. My family especially loved the hour of tennis each day that came with the rental. it was very clean and decorated so nice. We had an easy walk to the beach. Every night we would enjoy walking to the bridge in the complex and feeding the turtles. Occasionally we were lucky enough to see the alligators. We brought our bikes down and enjoyed lots of paths around us. Overall we will be going back hopefully year after year to this wonderful place. The owners were always so accommodating with information and correspondence and left us wonderful event magazines to help us plan for the week. Hilton Head is a great place to spend a vacation with lots to do and wonderful places to eat.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
