Sitting Directly on the World-Famous Destin Beach and Just Feet from the gulf is this Spacious 1700 Square-Foot Condominium. Non-Smoking, Just finished Renovating in March 2007 and we think you will enjoy our New Look. Perfect for a Family. With It's Ninth-Floor Views of the Ocean and Destin, You Feel Like You Are Staying in a Penthouse. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed. A king bed in the second bedroom and two double beds in the third bedroom. Linens are provided. Fully furnished kitchen, all you have to do is bring the food. Washer and Dryer is located on the floor. Shoreline Has Its Own Private Beach Entrance and Beach Area, Complete with Canvas Beach Lounge Chairs and Umbrellas. If the Weather Turns a Bit Chilly You Can Still Take a Dip in the Heated Pool. There is Also a Sauna, Exercise Room, Two Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard and a Clubhouse.
