Professionally decorated 4 Bedroom/4 Bath home in Phase 1 (Park District) of Watercolor. On the highly requested street of Mystic Cobalt you are well positioned to walk to beaches, the Boathouse/Western Lake, Seaside and area restaurants. This home has amenities including four large flat screen TVs, full stereo system with built in speakers, high end stainless kitchen appliances, and silestone counters. Free wireless internet is included.

You will quickly notice the attention to detail-from the kitchen created by an award winning Atlanta designer to the exquisite furnishings and the many pieces of hand-picked original art seen throughout the home. High ceilings throughout create a spacious feel. Bathrooms are designed with style and comfort in mind, from designer fixtures to large cast iron soaking tubs.

An inviting front porch with three fans welcomes you.

There are four bedrooms, one with queen and two with king beds. Both king bedrooms have large flat screen TVs with DVDs. The children's' bedroom has a bunk with lower double, upper single and roll out trundle. Bean bag chairs face a flat screen TV with DVD.

About The Owner

I live in Atlanta and LOVE Watercolor. Because I cannot be there as much as I would like, I want to share my beautiful home with you.

The Owner purchased this house in 2005
Why The Owner chose Watercolor

I have been vacationing in the Destin/30A area for many years and found what I was looking for at Watercolor. I bought a lot and worked with an architect and designer to build my dream home.

What makes this house unique

My home is one of the closest to the beach. In Phase 1, I selected a location close to the beach but also within an easy stroll to Seaside and to Western Lake, with it's recreational facilities and walking/jogging trails. With multiple flat screen TVs, ipod with video dock, DVDs, speakers throughout and wireless internet, you are set for inhome entertainment. A gourmet kitchen lets you cook in comfort should you want to take a break from dining out at many of the available restaurants within walking distance of my home.

Fabulous Home!

Just returned home to Memphis today from a wonderful week in Watercolor at this beautiful home! We love the entire 30-A area and usually stay right on the beach but decided to stay in Watercolor for the first time on this trip. I do a lot of research in finding a special place for our family and we were not disappointed! This home is spotlessly clean and so lovely with high ceilings, transom windows, fabulous furnishings, upscale baths and kitchen, cozy front porch and incredible art! The owner is super in making arrangements as well as the on-site couple who take care of all the details. This home was perfect for our famly of five adults and two grand-daughters who loved their own bunk room and bath! Among our favorite things: riding bikes everywhere, walking to the beach, lunch at Wine World and the beach bar, swimming in the Frog and Camp pools, dinner at Bud and Alley's and The V (fabulous!) and of course, Modica Market, for a delicious muffin and fresh orange juice in the morning plus their deli has the best shrimp salad. I also loved The Balance Yoga Studio.... great instructors! We will treasure our memories from this trip always and I highly recommend this wonderful property!

Wonderful stay

The home is in a great location to both Seaside and Watercolor. All being less than 5 min on bike.
The house has ample room. The kitchen is well stocked for large families and cooking. Modern AV devices are throughout the house. Key cards to enjoy Watercolor amenities are provided. Outside decor has warm bright colors. The owner is responsive to issues and has a couple in Watercolor to address personally if needed. That is reassuring.
Give this property a look.

Great House!

We've visited Watercolor/Seaside for the past 6 years and this was by far the best house we've rented. The home is beautiful with an excellent layout - perfect for 2 families. The location is key since you can easily walk to the main Watercolor pool, Seaside and, of course, the beach. Plus, the local management is very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to return!

Great House for Family Fun

Our family has rented several houses in Water Color in the past few years and we always love the variety and excellence but this home stands out because of its great location and very interesting art work. Having two masters was a real plus for our family and our grandson proclaimed his room with the bunkbeds as the best room in the house! Everything is beautiful and functional. We can't wait to return!
