This immaculate 2 level home features an open concept living room and dining room with fireplace and cathedral ceiling, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with air conditioning, king bed, queen bed, 2 twin beds, queen sleeper sofa, sleeps 8 comfortably. 2.5 baths, washer-dryer, cable TV, DVD player, wireless internet, BBQ grill, outdoor deck. The house is fully furnished and complete with all linens and towels. The resort includes access to clubhouse with beautiful indoor / outdoor pool - hot tub, men’s and women’s locker-rooms, game room and tennis courts (seasonal) are located on premises. Hike along the east branch of the pemigewasset river and swim in local swimming holes which are located within walking distance. Walk to downtown and enjoy several restaurants, shopping, movies, and rentals for kayaking, biking, skiing, snowboarding and more. Local water park 10 mins away. 6 beautiful golf courses are within 30 mins.

Awesome Rental Home, Great Location. We were able to walk to town, yet still felt like we were in a secluded location. The house and bedding were very Comfortable. They had a great Selection of DVD's, Books, Magazines. The house was spotless, and had everything we needed for a week. Awesoem owners to deal with, they supplied alot of information on the area and even let us know about secret swimming spots we had never heard of. We will definently recommend this to friends. We will be back again for a week next summer.

Perfect Locationin the heart of the White Mountain National Forest. Very clean house, nicely decorated. The bedrooms were perfect each with its own bathroom. The King Bed was a plus. Nice selection of games and movies. The fireplace was awesome. Even firewood was included. Ron and Iris are great people to deal with, and they provided us with lots of information on the area. We learned about trails we had never heard of. Will definently return later this summer.

Beautiful and highly recommend!!!

The townhouse was clean and well maitained. There was plenty of room for four or more people. The upstairs balcony over looking the living rooom and the slider to the deck was great. There were views from just about every window. The fireplace made for a great way to relax and enjoy the townhouse. I would highly recommend this property to a friend and I plan to go back. It is close by to many attractions and restaurants. There a is a shuttle bus to Loon Mountain for skiing. I am looking forward to staying agisn next year.
